All orders are processed and coordinated at our headquarters in St. Valentin, Lower Austria. We develop, design and manufacture products according to your individual requirements, and we also manage product deviation and ready the products for series production.

TRANSPORT FRAMES

Prototypes
We develop the prototypes for a transporter unit exactly according to your requirements. Our many years of experience and our expertise in this field help you to reduce costs in the long-term.

Construction
We acquire component data from all current construction programmes and use this data to develop a 3D visualisation model as well as a detailed construction plan.

Series production
We manufacture transport frames in series based on available frame templates, plans and sketches, or prototypes and structures which we have developed. The precision of our transporter units is based on your requirements, from manually operable carriers up to high-precision models for robot operation.

THERMOFORMING FILMS

Prototypes - series production
We benefit from our many years of experience in the development of optimised plastic components. In order to meet these conditions, we also develop prototypes for series production in the field of thermoforming films. For this development, we divide the necessary thermoforming film into individual development stages which are each monitored and optimised for precision, functionality and safety.
This ensures safety for your products at minimal expense. An automated manufacturing process using robot-controlled finishing guarantees perfect quality.

CASTINGS & FORGINGS

Whenever extreme resistance is required and complex shapes are necessary, we develop cast or forged parts for you. This type of construction results in extreme precision, even if a high volume of parts is required, combined with exceedingly high breaking resistance. Through the targeted use of these parts, existing potential dangers such as vibration breaks are avoided.

GLASS INDUSTRY

GLASS LOGISTICS represents movement with a system. Different standard models and systems of the highest quality with an optimal price/performance ratio make us specialists in logistic solutions within glass processing.
